While we make every effort to fulfill all orders successfully, there are certain situations where we may be required to cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Stock Availability: The product is no longer available with our merchant partners or is temporarily out of stock.

Pricing or Detail Errors: Inaccuracies, typos, or glitched errors found in product descriptions, pricing, or promotional details.

Logistical Restrictions: Delivery locations that are currently non-serviceable by our courier networks.
💰 Refund Status for Cancellations
If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has already been confirmed and processed, don't worry. The charged amount will be automatically reversed and refunded back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellation by the Customer
We are happy to accommodate cancellation requests from our buyers under the following conditions:

Within 24 Hours: If you send us a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing your order—and the order has not yet been processed or prepared by our team—we will gladly cancel the order and issue a 100% full refund of the entire amount.

After Processing/Shipping: Once an order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to our shipping carriers, we are unable to cancel it.
