 Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Sophiabuy.in

While we always aim to fulfill every order, there are certain situations where we may be forced to cancel an order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inventory Constraints: Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

  • Security Verification: Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

  • Address Issues: Inaccurate, incomplete, or insufficient delivery addresses.

  • Stock Outages: The product is no longer available with our merchant or is temporarily out of stock.

  • Pricing Errors: Inaccuracies or glitches in product details, pricing, or promotional information.

  • Logistical Barriers: Non-serviceable shipping locations.

💰 Refunds for Merchant Cancellations: If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been confirmed, the charged amount will be automatically reversed and refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately.

  • Within 24 Hours: If we receive your cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order (and the order has not yet been processed by our team), we will gladly cancel it and issue a 100% full refund.

  • Post-Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped out, we are unable to cancel it.
