Kristhumatham: Ithara Matha Samvaadathil

 ദൈവശാസ്ത്ര ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങൾ ആസ്വാദ്യമായി വായിക്കുക എന്നത് അപൂർവമായൊരു അനുഭവമാണ്. എന്നാൽ ശ്രീ. ജിന്റോ വേലൂർ രചിച്ച ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥം (ക്രിസ്തുമതം: ഇതര മത സംവാദത്തിൽ) വായിക്കാൻ ആരംഭിച്ചതുമുതൽ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുവരെ കൈവിടാനാവാത്ത ആകർഷണം സമ്മാനിച്ചതായി പറയേണ്ടിവരുന്നു. അത് എനിക്കുതന്നെ അത്ഭുതമായി തോന്നിയ അനുഭവമാണ്.

എല്ലാ ദൈവവും ഒന്നാണ്, പല മതങ്ങൾ പല പേരിൽ വിളിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നിർഗുണ പരബ്രഹ്മവും പരിശുദ്ധ ത്രിത്വവും എങ്ങനെ ഒന്നാകും? 

 നന്മയും തിന്മയും പുറപ്പെടുന്ന അല്ലാഹുവും നന്മ മാത്രം പുറപ്പെടുന്ന പരിശുദ്ധ ത്രിത്വവും എങ്ങനെ ഒരാൾ ആകും?

 നിരീശ്വരവാദികൾ ദൈവം ഇല്ല എന്നല്ല, ദൈവത്തിന് ജീവൻ ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്.

Reading books on theology in an enjoyable way is a rare experience. But from the moment I started reading this book by Mr. Jinto Velur, Kristhumatham: Ithara Matha Samvaadathil  I found it so engaging that I could not put it down until I finished it. Even I was surprised by that experience.

If all gods are the same and different religions simply use different names, then how can the impersonal Supreme Brahman (Nirguna Parabrahman) and the Holy Trinity be the same?

How can Allah, from whom both good and evil proceed, and the Holy Trinity, from whom only good proceeds, be the same?

Atheists do not merely say that God does not exist; they say that God has no life.
