LIVE WITH A BETTER SELF IMAGE

Most of us do not like ourselves as most of us have a poor self-image. Like cancer, poor self-image eats upon itself so that a person grows weaker in mind and body and in personal relationships. Since we are what we think we are, the first step towards a better self-image is self-knowledge which leads to self-appreciation. And imperceptibly a better self-image is formed.
